Why we make it

What we have here does not exist anywhere else.

In the Southwest the ground is open. No thick topsoil or forest covers it, so the stone is close at hand.

Many pieces in this line come from named mines: Number 8, Bisbee, Kingman, White Buffalo. Several are closed or restricted now. When a stone is gone, it is gone.
