Bumblebee jasper from Mount Ciremai in West Java, cut and set in sterling silver at our Phoenix bench. The stone carries layered bands of sulfur yellow, orange, and grey, the kind of warm color that reads differently in daylight and lamplight. Les shaped the cabochon to follow the natural flow of the banding, then built a simple bezel setting that keeps the stone as the focal point.
